5. Subscription Plans and Payments

BenefitsNow offers the following plans:

• Free: Basic eligibility check with limited results.
• Premium ($9.99/month): Full access to all benefits, AI assistant, document tools, and application guides. Billed monthly, cancel anytime.
• Express ($99 one-time): Lifetime access to all Premium features plus priority document generation and done-for-you application preparation.

Payments are processed by Creem.io, which acts as our Merchant of Record. By making a purchase, you also agree to Creem.io's terms of service.

6. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you are not satisfied with our service, contact us at ramon@partnerwithclever.com within 7 days of your purchase for a full refund. After the 7-day period, monthly subscriptions can be canceled at any time but are not eligible for refunds of the current billing period.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information.
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the service.
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute our content without permission.

BenefitsNow uses artificial intelligence to generate application guidance, document drafts, and conversational responses. AI-generated content is provided for informational and assistance purposes only. You should:

• Review all AI-generated documents before submitting them to any agency.
• Verify the accuracy of any information provided by the AI assistant.
• Not rely solely on AI-generated content for legal or financial decisions.

All content, features, and functionality of BenefitsNow — including text, graphics, logos, and software — are the property of BenefitsNow Technologies Inc. and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BenefitsNow Technologies Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of benefits, income, or data, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BenefitsNow Technologies Inc. from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at ramon@partnerwithclever.com.

13. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
